“Travis Humphrys, the Senior Account Executive with Roomvu was fantastic. He did a phenomenal job explaining the platform and digging into it's most advantageous features. We went over time on the presentation, but he was more than happy to stick around and make sure that my wife and I had all of our questions answered. I haven't had experience with the features themselves yet, but if the product is as good as the support staff, it's bound to be good! *Upon following up regarding concerns over the policy around refunds (indicated to be quite fair, but unable to locate it on the website or lack of contract), I was able to get a statement from the CEO about the newly implemented policy on refunds. I am now going to move forward knowing that the company is growing and it's policies along with it, to reasonably meet the needs of it's clientbase.
